We’re offering our huge upgraded Intercooler and our high flow catted downpipe custom made to fit all R56, R55, R57, R58 and R59 Cooper S and JCW 2007 - 2013.

Our MINI Cooper S / JCW GEN 2 Performance Intercooler and Downpipe has been created with tuning in mind. These two items are the main modifications required to tune your MINI (which we can also do for you if you reside in Sydney or The Central Coast of Australia).

Our upgraded intercooler helps to keep the intake temperatures down to allow greater volumetric efficiency (ie more power!).

Made to suit GEN 2 MINI Cooper S R56 R55 R57 R58 R59 including JCW 2007 - 2013

This version will even fit the Pre-LCI (2007-09) even with its tighter fitting bumper bar.

Due to the confined space the mounting screws are not required on this install as it’s held in by the bumper bar and the two large diameter hoses.

With a 200% greater face surface area and twice the volume of your original intercooler it’s made to withstand the summer heat and track conditions

Our High-Flow Catted version of our turbo exhaust Down Pipe (dump pipe) is made with high grade T-304 stainless steel, Mandrel bent 2.5inch tubing with a polished finish.

The high flow 200cc catalytic converter allows faster turbo spool and greater power throughout the rev range.

Not to mention a throatier sound track.

Install is made easy with original mounting points and O2 sensor positions.

Once you have these items installed we can carry out a Stage 1 or Stage 2 remap performance tune of your MINI to add huge power gains, improve drivability and even save you fuel.

For this service you will need to come to our workshop in St Peters. We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time. We can also offer installation if you need.
