Our MINI Cooper S / JCW GEN 2 Performance Intercooler has been created with tuning in mind. One of the main modifications required to tune your MINI is to have a performance intercooler installed to keep the intake temperature down to allow greater volumetric efficiency (ie more power!).

Our intercooler has a 200% greater face surface area and twice the volume of your original intercooler.

Designed in Australia to suit GEN 2 MINI Cooper S / JCW N14 N18 R56 R55 R57 R58 R59 and R60 Countryman 2007 - 2012.

This version will also fit the Pre-LCI (2007-09) even with its tighter fitting bumper bar.

This won’t fit a R60 Countryman JCW.

Due to the confined space the mounting screws are not required on this install as it’s held in by the bumper bar and the two large diameter hoses.
