The factory R53 intake manifold is one of the last major restrictions in the MINI’s intake system. Even on highly modified engines with big valve heads and upgraded camshafts, the OEM manifold holds back airflow where it matters most — between the intake and the cylinder head.

Engines need air to make power. The more efficient the airflow, the more fuel can be combusted — and the more performance you get.

• Direct bolt-on upgrade – true plug-and-play, no cutting or custom fab needed.

• Dyno-proven gains across the rev range, with a huge jump in torque and midrange punch:
  +40Nm and +15whp at 3000RPM
  +10Nm and +12whp at redline

• Developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to balance airflow across all four runners.

• Designed with 3D scanning, CAD and rapid prototyping, keeping external dimensions OEM-friendly while transforming the internals.

• Supplied with all required hardware for a straightforward install.

This manifold was tested extensively — on dynos, on the street, and under real load. The result is smoother airflow, stronger throttle response, and gains you can feel from 2500RPM all the way to redline.
